The Rettich Steel Construction GmbH in Bodman has been successfully run as a family business for five generations. With an annual tonnage of around 1,500 t, we are one of the most important performance drivers in the Lake Constance region in the field of steel construction.

Our modern production and administration area is located in a unique location in Bodman, just a few minutes from the lake shore. The production alone takes place on an area of approximately square meters.

YOUR TASKS

  • Independent implementation of projects according to plans and specifications
  • Management and coordination of work on site
  • Quality control and ensuring timely completion
  • Leadership and motivation of the team

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed training as a metalworker (m/f/d)
  • Several years of professional experience in metal construction
  • Leadership skills and team spirit
  • Independent way of working and high reliability
  • Technical understanding and manual dexterity
  • Willingness to further education and development
