Your Tasks

  • Assisting and advising passengers
  • Check-in and baggage acceptance at the start of the journey
  • Thoroughly ensuring and verifying necessary travel documents
  • Coordinating boarding and taking responsibility for a timely departure
  • Assisting and advising passengers in case of flight irregularities
  • Assisting guests in the airline lounge

Your Profile

  • You have completed a commercial, service-oriented or comparable vocational training
  • Or have a secondary school diploma with at least 2 years of experience in a customer or service-oriented profession
  • You are fluent in German and English
