This position in the EMEA marketing team is responsible for planning, implementing, and administratively managing regional events targeting healthcare providers, as well as optimizing and continuously improving processes.

We are looking for someone with an eye for detail who enjoys working in the events and marketing team, can build networks within a global organization, and sets high standards for themselves.


Exciting tasks await you:


  • Creation, editing, and coordination of regional events
  • This includes setting up sponsorship contracts, budgeting and cost control of events (budget tracking), compiling (marketing) materials, and logistical coordination with event organizers
  • Followup, evaluation, and success monitoring, including ensuring that feedback is collected and filed
  • Support of the marketing event team (EMEA), for example in finding event locations, coordinating reservations, organizing travel, providing hotel accommodations, procuring food and beverages, and requesting payment of
