Description
To expand our team in Bonn, we are looking for full-time or part-time Project Employees in our Training Team (m/f/d) with Palo Alto experience.
Your responsibilities:
Together with the project management, you ensure that our freelance interviewers are prepared for their assignments with infas.
You will be responsible for organizing and conducting trainings (in person and online) where you will teach new and experienced interviewers both basic knowledge of the field and specific study-related content.
Additionally, you will support interviewers through our support hotline in their work.We offer:

Your profile:
You have knowledge in adult education or training, alternatively you have experience as a helpdesk, service or support employee. You are able to present convincingly to convey training content and inspire your audience. You have patience and empathy to explain complex topics to our interviewers of different ages.
