You will become part of topsystem GmbH and thus part of EPG. At our newly built company headquarters at the Aachener Tivoli, the Tivoli Innovation Center (TIC), you will work as a Junior Hardware Configuration Specialist (m/w/d) in the field of Voice Solutions and contribute to the digital and smart logistics of tomorrow. Specifically, you will not just configure hardware - you will ensure that our customers have high-quality, functional, and user-friendly devices for daily use.

In detail, your tasks will consist of the following:

  • You will configure mobile end devices (MDEs) in all forms for warehouse use.
  • Specifically, you will set up IP configurations, WLAN profiles, and LYDIA voice applications.
  • You will perform quality assurance of the configured hardware and software and take necessary measures if needed.

    • You will round off your interesting profile with the following qualifications:

  • You have a technical affinity for handling MDEs.
  • Previous experience in configuration management and in the logistics field will make it easier for you to start with us.
  • You are known for your high level of conscientiousness.
