The Reutlingen Chamber of Crafts is the self-governing body of the crafts industry in the districts of Freudenstadt, Reutlingen, Sigmaringen, Tübingen, and Zollernalb.

It represents the political and economic interests of its 13,850 member companies. In addition to a wide range of services, the Reutlingen Chamber of Crafts operates three modern training academies.


We are currently seeking a qualified HR Generalist (m/f/d) to join our Personnel Department in Reutlingen as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:


  • Assisting in all areas of personnel management, with a focus on:
  • Supporting and actively participating in personnel administration and support throughout the entire HR lifecycle
  • Assisting and supporting the further development of our recruiting management
  • Organizational development, particularly in the context of digitalization of processes and services
  • Participation in economic planning and the expansion of our HR reporting
  • Supporting and participating in various HR projects and our HR strategy development in all areas of personnel management (personnel development, employer branding, training, standardization and optimization of HR processes, etc.)
  • Independently managing subprojects

Your qualifications:


  • Completed degree in personnel management or a comparable qualification
  • Previous experience in personnel management is desirable
  • Good knowledge of social security, labor law, and collective bargaining agreements is advantageous
  • Team player with precise and structured working methods, combined with a high affinity for numbers
