Description

How you will contribute:

Manage all aspects of freight forwarding and logistics services, including file creation and documentation
Coordinate with sales team to ensure necessary information and documentation is provided for standard operating procedures
Regularly monitor and audit files to ensure compliance with estimates, profit margins, and timely invoicing
Assist clients with export/import documentation requests to ensure smooth execution of transportation files
Provide clients with complete sailing details to ensure accurate and timely information flow
Collaborate with ocean lines to secure the best solutions for capacity and cost for transportation files
Work with internal and external partners to ensure the best possible service for clients
Respond quickly to any emergency situations that may arise during the transportation process
Collaborate with other Operations team members to provide support during periods of high workflow

Your Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry
Strong ability to prioritize and execute tasks to meet deadlines
Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders
Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English (both written and spoken)
