Sales Support/Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) - Full-time, starting immediately in Dayton, IA


Your responsibilities:


  • Providing sales support to the regional sales manager
  • Acting as a liaison between suppliers/customers to clarify technical and professional questions, as well as creating offers and processing orders
  • Being the point of contact for inquiries from our sales team
  • Handling logistics (incoming/outgoing/procurement of freight space)
  • Performing general administrative tasks
  • Processing all complaint requests, including returns and credits

Your profile:


  • Experience in trade/sales
  • Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. freight forwarder, industrial clerk)
  • Alternatively, experience as a roofer (m/f/d) with commercial experience
  • Proficient in MS Office products

  • Reliable and independent work ethic
  • Organizational skills, cost awareness, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Enthusiasm for the tasks described above
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different customers/suppliers and requirements
