Administrative Officer (m/f/d) for Building Construction/Special Construction

Salary/Compensation group:
A11, E11 Fgr. 1 Teil II Abschn. 22.1 TV-L


Working hours:
Full-time with 39.4 or 40 hours per week

Your area of responsibility includes:


  • Building inspection of all, including difficult, construction projects and all resulting tasks
  • Conducting fire safety inspections and operational monitoring to check the fire hazard of buildings (e.g. schools, daycare centers, hospitals, hotels)
  • Processing of notifications and complaints about defects and hazardous areas, as well as other building code violations
  • Review of simple structural calculations
  • Conducting construction supervision
