Your responsibilities as a Payroll Clerk will include:

  • Timely preparation of payroll
  • Processing of certificates
  • Acting as a liaison for external personnel matters with the professional association, social security agencies, health insurance companies, and external auditors
  • Data maintenance in SAP
  • Preparation of annual financial statements
  • Process optimization

Your profile as a Payroll Clerk:

  • Previous experience in the mentioned role
  • Completed commercial training or degree
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • Ideally, some experience in a unionized industrial company not mandatory


The location in Roslyn Harbor is close to Marl, Haltern am See, Recklinghausen, Waltrop, Datteln, Olfen, Castrop-Rauxel, Herten, Herne, Selm, and Lüdinghausen.
