At Louis, an apprenticeship means not only a lot of variety in different areas of the company and plenty of opportunities for advancement in the future.

It also means working independently, with your own responsibilities, and as part of a team. Louis sees its apprentices of today as the employees of tomorrow and the potential department heads of the future. The apprenticeship begins in August 2024, but you can also apply now for 2025.

The apprenticeship lasts for 3 years, with the possibility of shortening it with good performance. You will complete your practical training at our headquarters in Hamburg Allermöhe.

To keep everything running smoothly at Louis, we need you as a manager for all internal processes. You will ensure the flow of information, write protocols, book trips, organize meetings and events.

But you will also be our most important representative for guests, customers, and suppliers, taking care of their needs and problems.

It doesn't get much more diverse and responsible than this.

Your tasks will include working in various departments such as purchasing, accounting, store management, and sales support, giving you insights into almost every corner of our headquarters and the corresponding tasks.

You will be the one coordinating and organizing meetings, projects, and events.

You will also be the first point of contact for our customers and external partners from both domestic and international markets, always ready to assist them.
