Educator or Pedagogical Specialist - Forest Kindergarten (m/f/d) for our municipal forest kindergarten "Sonnentau" starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

Participation in shaping the pedagogical daily routine in the kindergarten area
Independent and selfdirected work within the group
Contribution to the further development of the pedagogical concept

Your profile:

Completed training as a staterecognized educator, youth and child care worker, child care assistant, childhood educator, or special education teacher (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification as a pedagogical specialist according to § 7 KiTaG
Strong affinity for nature and forest pedagogy
Knowledge of early childhood education and ability to work conceptually
Openness for reflection and engagement with current pedagogical topics
Implementation of the orientation plan
Teamwork, commitment, and motivation
Collaboration in an educational partnership with parents
Proof of vaccination according to the Measles Protection Act
