YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Processing and resolving 1st to 2nd level support requests (via phone, email or ticketing) in daily communication with our customers * Classifying, processing and documenting support tickets * Troubleshooting, monitoring, reporting * Independently analyzing, processing and resolving system malfunctions * User administration and policy assignment using Active Directory * Initiating escalation procedures * Creating and updating manuals and documentation WHAT SETS YOU APART * Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist with a focus on support/system technology * 3-5 years of experience in service desk * Enjoyment of customer contact and strong communication skills * High analytical and conceptual abilities * Broad IT knowledge in the Microsoft system environment * Knowledge in the areas of Windows Server and functions/roles, Active Directory, and more.
