We are looking for a
Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d) for a renowned logistics company in Moccasin, AZ.

Your Responsibilities:


  • You are the first point of contact (m/f/d) for employees and managers
  • You independently and timely prepare payroll for a defined group of employees
  • You maintain and support the compensation and time management system (Hansalog Services, aventini, and ATOSS)
  • You are responsible for the smooth running of all operational HR processes (e.g. creating employment contracts, certificates, and references)
  • You handle labor law issues and communicate with internal and external partners, authorities, and social security institutions

Your Profile:


  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration
  • You have professional experience in payroll accounting and operational employee support
  • You have knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law
  • You are proficient in using MS Office
