We are looking for an Online Editor (w/m/d) at our location in Hamburg, Germany. As an Online Editor (m/w/d), you will be responsible for topics, a cross-media storyteller, and a creative idea generator. You impress with your thoughtful and friendly nature and enjoy creating excellent content.

What you will bring to the table

Conceptualization and implementation of journalistic formats from reports to social media posts, from newsletters to video series
Presentation of ideas and topics to clients always striving for the best results for the client
Development of innovative communication strategies together with our editorial and concept team

What we expect from you

You have at least three years of professional experience as an (online) editor in a publishing house or communication agency after completing your studies or a comparable education in journalism (traineeship)
You enjoy finding the most effective story for your target audience, from consumers to employers, and presenting it in the best possible way
You use your strong language skills and editorial craftsmanship to make complex topics understandable, concise, or indepth
You always put yourself in the shoes of your target audience when writing and understand what is important in communication
SEO basics are standard for you, and you have at least basic knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Sistrix, and other analysis tools
You enjoy keeping up with communication and storytelling trends
You speak perfect German and have fluent English skills
