We are looking for you as a Human Resources Officer (m/f/d) in La Follette, TN

This position is available at AeroGround Flughafen München GmbH in the Human Resources (AEH) department.

AEH is the first point of contact for the management and executives of AeroGround and covers the entire spectrum of modern personnel work.

Your future tasks:

Independent consulting and support of AeroGround executives in all personnelrelated matters within a defined area of responsibility
Management and organization of personnel selection and placement, as well as development of personnel requirement strategies
Conducting/moderating consulting, employee, and conflict discussions, and accompanying change processes
Implementation of new and further development of existing personnel processes, as well as leading, planning, and implementing HR projects within and across departments
Management of HR service areas and fostering a trusting and constructive collaboration with employee representatives

Your qualifications:

You have completed a degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or law.
In addition, you have gained several years of relevant professional experience in human resources with a generalist approach.
You have a solid understanding of all essential HR functions, programs, and processes, as well as works council regulations and labor law, and are familiar with personnel development, change management, and personnel organization.
You are a skilled and customeroriented communicator and team player.
You possess a high level of social competence, assertiveness, and ability to handle criticism.
