Responsibilities:


  • Prospect, cold call, and generate leads within the construction industry to promote and sell our services.
  • Conduct outbound calls to construction companies to introduce our services, identify decisionmakers, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Utilize effective communication and persuasion techniques to present the value proposition of our services and overcome objections.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for penetrating target markets and achieving sales goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements to enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:


  • Experience making cold calls per day.
  • Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with prospects over the phone.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a teamoriented environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
  • Selfmotivated and driven with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and understanding of construction processes and terminology is a plus.
