Job Description

• Personnel administrative tasks, from A like employment contract to Z like reference
• Support in the implementation and management of operational integration management
• Maintenance of personnel master data and creation of evaluations and reports
• Contribution of new and innovative ideas to our HR projects

Qualifications

• Student (m/f/d) of computer science or a comparable course of study
• First experiences through internships, student assistant activities in the field of HR
• Very good oral and written expression in German
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• A structured and solutionoriented way of working, loyalty and reliability
• Openminded personality, confident and professional appearance and a high level of commitment
• Interest in the field of aviation security is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, high selfmotivation and willingness to learn
