The market for laser material processing has been steadily growing for many years.

Laser beams are deflected and positioned for a variety of applications such as marking, engraving, cutting, drilling, welding, and rapid prototyping.

For over 25 years, we have been developing and distributing software and electronics for controlling laser scanning systems for industrial use worldwide.

Through continuous development of our highly technological products, innovative new developments, and long-standing customer relationships, we have become a hidden champion in this industry.

Technical support plays a key role in our company.


Due to our consistently good order situation, we are expanding our technical support team at our location in Deisenhofen, near Munich (with good S-Bahn and BRB connections), with a team-oriented and motivated
university graduate as a technical support employee (m/f/d), for example with a degree in physics for application support with a focus on software and control electronics.

Our technical support is the first point of contact for our customers, mainly mechanical engineering companies from the industrial sector in Germany and abroad.

Within this team, you will have a variety of tasks on a daily basis.


Your tasks:


  • First point of contact for our customers, mainly development engineers at integrators
  • Correspondence mainly by email (mostly in English)
  • Feasibility analysis for application questions through simulation in our own laboratory
  • Collaboration with our development department for customerspecific software and electronics adjustments
