We are currently looking for a full-time Construction Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Philippi.

Your responsibilities:
Coordinating construction execution, site personnel, and trades Quality control during the construction phase Preparation, participation, and follow-up of contract awards Efficient execution and monitoring of cost and schedule management Preparation and execution of (partial) acceptance tests Preparation of reports and protocols Point of contact for project participants, trades, and authorities Monitoring compliance with construction site regulations and occupational health and safety regulations Your profile: Completed degree in civil engineering or architecture or equivalent qualification Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years, more desirable) Experience in residential construction required Expertise in standards, guidelines, and regulations, especially in residential construction Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and communication skills Very good German language skills in spoken and written form High level of commitment and flexibility Confident and self-assured appearance Ability to
