For our owner-managed client, a company specializing in internal transport and logistics (forklifts, aerial work platforms, logistics), we are looking for you at their location in Baden-Württemberg.


Responsibilities:
You will lead the customer service department and manage the team in both internal and external operations (dispatch). You will be responsible for data-driven control and optimization of work processes and organization.

Your tasks will also include calculating and negotiating service conditions, managing customer service accounts, and managing spare parts and inventory.


Qualifications:


You have completed a technical or commercial apprenticeship or have a relevant degree, possess leadership and problem-solving skills, and are known for your hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking.

Good English skills are required for this position.
