We are looking for a Compliance Officer / Emergency Coordinator (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time to strengthen our team in the Compliance department at Northwest Harbor.

Your tasks:

Your tasks will include in particular:

  • Monitoring compliance with legal and operational regulations for controlled processes in the passive and service business as well as in personnel data management, including
    • Compliance with quality standards
    • Identification, reporting and evaluation of irregularities
  • Participation in the further development of the internal control system
  • Processing of information requests
  • Participation in compliance-related process changes
  • Planning and creation of emergency concepts and plans
  • Monitoring compliance with regulations for emergency preparedness, including IT emergency prepared
