Automotive Service Assistant (m/f/d):


Your tasks:


  • Receiving customer requests for workshop appointments and prioritizing them according to the services to be performed
  • Professional and friendly handling of all customer inquiries received by phone and email
  • Managing the appointment schedule with staggered consultation appointments
  • Constantly checking the current workshop capacity and maintaining it in the appointment scheduling system
  • Managing replacement and rental vehicles for customers
  • Arranging for the availability of parts for nonstandard parts when making appointments
  • Preparing the vehicle file or history
  • Individual support for service customers
