Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the Engineering Management, Engineering teams, Product Owners, Services and Operations teams to architect, design and develop high quality solutions in alignment with business and technical strategies.
  • Endtoend software architecture, design and development of complex, distributed, high performance, data intensive systems.
  • Provides expertise to global development team, coaching and mentoring software engineers to have a positive impact on product development, providing guidance at the design and code level to support engineers.
  • Take part in reviews of work, e.g. design and code reviews, and demonstrate software to all stakeholders.
  • Share knowledge and provide technical guidance to other team members within areas of expertise.
  • Contribute to owning and delivering processes that drive engineering quality and meet our engineering SLAs.
  • Contribute to troubleshooting and providing guidance to resolution of complex production issues.
  • Actively participate in modernization and cloud transformation journey with product development team, internal and external partners (Microsoft, AWS, Snowflake etc.)

Qualifications:


  • Advanced degree in Software Engineering, Computer/Information Sciences or Mathematics as well as 15 years plus of related work experience, of which at least 7 years in a Senior Architect capacity.
  • Ability to architect, design and deliver software that can scale elastically on the cloud.
  • Expert knowledge of Object Orient Patterns and Design, data structures and algorithms, parallel and distributed computing, SoA and multitier architectures
  • Understands testing at every stage of development.
  • Expert development experience throughout the SDLC using Microsoft.
Net/C# - Deep knowledge of DevOps toolchain and CI/CD pipelines (BitBucket, Harness, Azure DevOps, Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub Enterprise)

  • Deep experience with web UI architecture and development (HTML5, React, Angular). React experience is preferred. Experience with Micro Frontends is preferred.
  • Understanding of networking and security.
  • Solid experience with relational and NoSQL database development, including logical design, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and performance tuning. Microsoft SQL Server experience is needed.
  • Experience with Data Warehousing. Snowflake experience is preferred.
  • Experience with OCR, Machine Learning and AI models.
  • Experience with ETL tools and data transfer. Azure Data Factory is preferred.
  • Experience with workflow, reporting and BI tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBI)
  • Strong logical and analytical skills, with the ability to creatively troubleshoot and resolve challenging problems.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to effectively express ideas, engage in complex discussions and collaborate with a wide range of colleagues. Ability to communicate with precision while being concise.
  • Proactive, deliveryoriented team player who takes responsibility for the team's success

The pay range for this full-time position is $153, $257,360.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.

Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
