- Working for the user growth of TikTok Shop (Ecommerce business), you will design and execute scalable growth strategies worldwide while focusing on peculiarities.
- Create and design new loyalty/rewards programs to engage and retain customers while striving to promote the business and grow customer satisfaction.
- Assess customers' shopping behavior and design new subscription programs to engage and retain customers while striving to promote the business and grow customer satisfaction.
- You will own the strategy, execution & narrative for the subscription, loyalty, and rewards programs.
- Define and improve key customer lifecycle metrics, including number of new customers, repurchase rate, average order value, etc.
- Facilitate team collaboration by designing and deploying the latest tools/best practices WW.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Have 3+ years of experience leading a consumer subscription program 3+ years of relevant experience in Ecommerce or operations in a technology company.
- Experience with team management and independently responsible for core business metrics.
- Strategic and logical thinker with effective planning, analytical, and problemsolving abilities.
- Passionate about understanding user demands from different cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills and can work crossfunctionally in a globally collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications
