Responsibilities:

As a Logistics/Rail Loading Employee at K+S Minerals and Agriculture GmbH in Neuhof, starting on September 1, 2023, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Loading of wagons and trucks
  • Operating discharge equipment (scrapers) and wheel loaders
  • Operating and monitoring loading facilities
  • Flexible use in the logistics department
  • Cleaning of loading facilities and railway wagons

Requirements:


  • Successfully completed vocational training, preferably with a technical background, and a valid driver's license class B
  • Flexible availability for different working hours (usually in the morning and afternoon shifts, with the possibility of additional night shifts if needed)
  • Willingness to undergo further training, such as shunting assistant training and train driver's license
  • Basic computer/IT skills
  • Teamwork, flexibility, conscientiousness, and the ability to work independently and take responsibility
