Midea is one of the largest home appliance brands in the world, offering a wide range of products to meet the daily needs of home, work, and travel. As part of its expansion in Germany, Midea SDA is seeking a Coffee Machine Structural Engineer to strengthen its research and innovation capabilities.

In this role, you will be a key member of the R&D Small Appliance Team in Germany, contributing to product decision-making, driving innovation, and evaluating market trends. This is a full-time position that may require domestic and international travel.

Key responsibilities include:

· Developing and designing new and innovative products

· Conducting product development and research, and creating development plans

· Creating 3D drawings, prototype drawings, mold reviews, and structural reviews according to the R&D plan

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or higher in a mechanical-related field

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural development, with at least 2 years in coffee machine development

· Proficiency in drawing software

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

· Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks

· Interest in cooking and small appliances

· Multicultural mindset preferred

· Goal-oriented, self
