The city of Bottrop is looking to fill the following full-time position at the earliest possible date:
Clerk "Legal Department / Occupancy Management for Municipal Accommodations" or Team Leader for Property Management (m/f/d) in the Social Welfare Office
(Pay grade 9c TVöD-V or A 11 LBesG NRW)
The main responsibilities of this position include:
- Tasks in the legal department (50% workload)
These include, among others:
- Processing of appeal procedures, including involvement of third parties experienced in social matters according to § 116 SGB XII,
- Preparing statements for the Department of Law and Order in administrative court proceedings,
- Review and forwarding of requests for criminal proceedings,
- Evaluation of specialist literature and case law, clarification of disputed legal issues (including advising department heads and clerks in difficult individual cases),
