In the Ministry of Economy, Labor and Tourism of Baden-Württemberg, in the Department 3 (Industry, Innovation, Economic Research and Digitalization), in the Division 35 (Health Industry, Chemistry and Materials), the following position is available as soon as possible:

A Referent (m/f/d)
(temporary employment in E 13 TV-L or secondment with salary assumption until March 31, 2025, in principle in part-time)

Your tasks:

You will work on exciting economic policy issues in the chemical and health industries.
In addition, you will deal with regulatory issues, especially in the areas of chemicals law/REACH, pharmaceuticals and medical device law.
You will act as a contact person for companies in the health industry and economic research institutes in Baden-Württemberg in the field of the industries you are responsible for.
You will participate in matters of the cabinet, state parliament, federal council and ministerial conferences in the mentioned areas.
You will represent the ministry in federalstate committees.
You will also be responsible for accompanying the revision of the EU chemicals regulation REACH.

Your profile:

Natural scientist or engineer (in the fields of bioengineering, biotechnology, chemical engineering, materials science, medical technology, pharmaceutical technology or industrial engineering) with a diploma/master's degree from a university. A master's degree must have been obtained in an accredited program.
