The KV Praxis Berlin GmbH (KVPB) operates general medical practices in Berlin on behalf of the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians Berlin.

We are looking for intelligent and motivated individuals to join our team and help establish a strong foundation for general medical care in the capital city.

For our
new location in
Marzahn-Hellersdorf, we are seeking dedicated and motivated
Medical Assistants (w/m/d) to start on
October 1, 2023 in
full-time or
part-time positions.

We welcome applications from both experienced professionals and newcomers to the field.

Your responsibilities:

Administrative patient intake and support with medical intake
Scheduling appointments in collaboration with medical colleagues
Organizing patientoriented and smooth processes for patient care
Conducting medical diagnostics in collaboration with the medical team (EKG, lung function)
Supporting the establishment of the new practice
Acting as the first point of contact for new and existing patients

Your profile:

Successfully completed training as a medical assistant or medical specialist (MFA)
Dedicated, competent, and patientoriented personality
Professional and empathetic approach to patients and their families
Interdisciplinary thinking and working, enjoyment of working with people
Enjoyment of outpatient work in a small team of three doctors
Enthusiasm for building a new practice
Previous experience in a general medical practice is desirable
Good computer skills and experience with
