In order to optimize our applications to meet the demands of a dynamic market and the medical everyday life, our inomed experts work closely with users from clinics, practices, and research.


For our internationally operating company, we are looking for an experienced International Human Resources Officer (m/f/d) who will significantly contribute to the establishment and optimization of HR systems and processes in our branches.

As a key person in our global HR strategy, you will actively support branch managers and coordinate personnel processes on an international level.


What to expect:


  • Implementation and optimization of efficient HR systems in our international branches.
  • Ensuring consistent application of HR policies and processes worldwide.
  • Continuous development and adaptation of systems to local requirements.
  • Close collaboration with branch managers to identify personnel needs, as well as consulting and support in personnelrelated matters.
  • Development and implementation of a coherent HR strategy for all branches.
  • Ensuring integration of international best practices and standards.
