As a Product Owner (m/f/d), you have the opportunity to support our mission of "motum helps fleets optimize and efficiently use their vehicles, making a significant contribution to the future of mobility.

Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of the automotive market and our customers, identify their problems and tasks, and conduct rapid validation cycles to prove your product ideas
Write user stories and support our development team in product launches
Work with our UX designers to implement new features and improve existing products
Manage product delivery in an agile environment and collaborate with your team on all sprint activities
Continuously monitor the performance of your product

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in product management
Experience in implementing digital solutions for complex user problems in an agile environment
Ability to work with both quantitative (e.g. KPIs, metrics, market research) and qualitative data (e.g. UX research, user feedback)
Understanding of software development and system interactions, ability to participate in technical discussions and determine integration scope
Fast learner and able to work independently
Fluent in German and English
