Your training with us:
During an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic, you will first learn the basics of metal processing. All machines and systems in the factory are maintained and repaired by our own locksmith shop. This includes replacing engines and bearings, as well as maintaining and repairing pneumatic and hydraulic controls. Of course, planning and assembling new systems is also a key part of the training at GIMA. The apprenticeship lasts 3.5 years and can be shortened with the appropriate qualifications.
