WHO WE ARE:

The start-up cooperative govdigital is supported by 28 public IT service providers, with the common goal of promoting digital networking, participation, and sovereignty in the public sector. We utilize the extensive expertise of our members, our nationwide reach, and new technologies and processes such as cloud and AI. We help to digitize and connect government offices and drive the public administration forward through innovative IT solutions.

WHAT YOUR MISSION IS:

  • You are responsible for the web application "Marketplace for the Public Administration", the cloud service portal, the associated subsystems, and potentially future applications.
  • You plan the service budgets and adhere to them.
  • You live and improve the service processes throughout the service lifecycle.
  • You take care of analysis, reporting, and controlling of incidents and requests, including SLAs.
  • You manage the contracted IT service providers in terms of technical operations and services.
  • You are responsible for incident, problem, and change management, as well as release and knowledge management.
  • You also provide support in first and second-level support.
  • You support the applications for accompanying processes (e.g. JIRA and Confluence).
  • You are the contact person and implementation authority for operational issues.
