Work educator (m/f/d) with state recognition The Anna Haag Multigenerational House is an intergenerational social enterprise that is well known beyond the borders of Stuttgart due to its special profile.

Following the idea of a "large family", we unite a senior center, an educational center, and a daycare center under one roof.

For our vocational and technical education and work area, we are currently looking for a part-time or full-time (70 to 100 percent) work educator (m/f/d) with state recognition.

In our educational center, we carry out various measures for integration assistance, vocational preparation, and youth vocational assistance for young people with special needs.

The goal is subsequent integration into the general labor market.

In the vocational and technical work area, young people are introduced to the training as a "skilled worker for building and environmental services" as part of vocational orientation.

As another service provider, we also qualify young adults in the vocational training area for assistant activities in craft professions.

Your main tasks As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for instructing our participants in vocational preparation and vocational training.

You will carry out projects to teach basic craft skills and instruct participants in the corresponding fields of work (e.g. wood, building technology, metal technology, gardening and landscaping).

The instruction of the participants takes place both in an external training workshop and in the ongoing operations of our multigenerational house.
