The Real Estate department has been a key part of the success story of Volksbank BraWo for years. The approximately 180 specialists are active in project development, construction management, property management, and asset and investment management (BraWo Invest) on a regional and national level.

These are your responsibilities:

Supporting the examination of suitable investment properties and handling of real estate transactions
Assisting in the management of the due diligence process with the involvement of experts
Creating cash flow analyses and reports, as well as supporting in property planning (business plan)
Providing commercial support for the transfer of investments to asset management
Acting as the interface between asset and transaction management within BraWo Invest

You bring to the table:

Completed degree in real estate or business administration or a comparable education
Ideally, first experiences in real estate transactions or asset management
Excellent computer skills, especially in MS Excel, specifically in cash flow modeling
Basic knowledge of the main real estate markets in Germany
