Our client is a medium-sized full-service provider with a focus on the maritime industry located in Elk City, ID.Their core competencies include pre-construction measures such as applying protective materials for interiors, as well as professional cleaning after new or renovation projects.
In order to relieve the existing team administratively, we are looking for a capable full-time employee (minimum 35 hours) with brains and a sense of humor through direct placement.
Responsibilities:
- Support the management in daytoday operations in all organizational and administrative tasks
- Preparation of appointments and documents (contracts, documents for new employees, etc.)
- Preparation of travel expenses and credit card statements
- Support in personnel matters (coordination of vacation, reporting to the tax office regarding vacation, overtime, or other changes)
- Support project managers in planning business trips
- Creating invoices
Requirements:
- Completed commercial training as an office clerk and/or further commercial education or other qualifications
- First professional experience in the abovementioned area of responsibility
- Good English skills in spoken and written form
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
