Team Leader Picking m/f/d in Clara City, MN


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are responsible for the operational management of the picking process and
the professional leadership of the team

  • Together with your employees (m/f/d), you ensure a smooth process in picking and
a motivating team spirit characterized by respect and openness

  • You plan the personnel resources and assign the corresponding tasks. Together
with your team, you work towards achieving the operational daily goals and
continuously improving the logistical processes in your area of responsibility

  • You bring your own ideas for continuous process improvement in picking, contribute
to the general organization of the warehouse, and assist with projects across
departmental boundaries

  • You actively support your colleagues (m/f/d) on the floor
  • You provide input for the further development of the inventory management system
to advance the department


REQUIREMENTS

  • You have completed vocational training in a commercial or logistics field
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in logistics in a manufacturing industry
  • As a professional leader, you are aware of your role model function and align your
actions accordingly. You create an atmosphere in which employees want to share
information, problems, and ideas with the appropriate appreciation

  • You have a handson mentality and remain calm and decisive even when faced with
a heavy workload

  • You work independently, proactively, and in a structured manner
  • You have good ERP knowledge (
