In the context of succession planning, we are looking for you to join our existing team of structural diagnosis starting on July 1st, 2023 or at the earliest possible date. As our new colleague (m/f/d), you will receive thorough training and education. Your working hours will be spent either in the office/laboratory or conducting sample collection and building inspections at our clients' sites. We provide a pool vehicle, equipment for sample collection, and personal protective equipment.

What tasks await you:

  • Assisting in the planning and organization of building investigations for existing hazards and pollutants
  • Conducting building component openings and on-site sample collection alone or together with our technicians
  • Preparing and packaging samples for analysis in external laboratories
  • Creating investigation reports, expert opinions based on laboratory results, and developing work and safety plans
  • Preparing remediation and disposal concepts while considering occupational safety, health, and environmental protection
  • Creating cost planning and calculations, performance descriptions, and specifications
  • Conducting third-party tenders and providing final recommendations for awarding contracts to the client
  • Monitoring the execution of trades as part of technical construction management, as well as acceptance, invoicing, invoice review, and approval
