E-Learning Expert (m/f/d) Consulting, Conceptualization, Production

We are looking for you as an expert (m/f/d) in E-Learning with a focus on consulting and learning media development to join our KKH Learning World at our headquarters in Hannover as soon as possible, either full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours/week).

As part of our Human Resources Development team, we strategically strengthen the competencies of the most important success factor at KKH: our employees. We enable lifelong learning and aim to empower our internal customers on their individual development journeys.

And that's where we need your expertise and passion as a communicative and creative individual who feels comfortable working on larger projects as well as in one-on-one exchanges. On one hand, you will administer and further develop our existing digital learning world. On the other hand, you will produce learning media as needed and implement company-wide production know-how for the creation of subject-specific learning media (think: user-generated content). This task includes necessary trainings as well as supporting your future colleagues in the conceptualization and production process. Your actions will be determined by the target group-specific, media-based preparation as well as your economic efficiency.
