Description

The Member Service Representative (MSR) will serve as the primary contact for new and established members and customers accessing services at _Lowell CHC_.

This is an onsite member facing role and part of the member services department. The MSR will greet, welcome and assist members with registration and the onboarding process.

Will provide support, education, troubleshooting, and offer guidance to all members on the healthcare process and overall health center services, including the Accountable Care Organization (ACO).

Register members with accuracy and efficiency, updates demographics, verify insurance eligibility, promote health center services and portal enrollments. Inform patients of their rights and responsibilities as a_ Lowell CHC _patient. Work collaboratively with other members of the health care team in order to provide a personalized patient experience. Provide excellent customer service to all members and staff in a diverse, multi-cultural and fast-paced environment.
