Our start-up aims to alleviate the wounds caused by the tight housing situation and rising fuel prices. We understand the frustration that comes with unsuccessful viewings. It can be exhausting to constantly invest time and money, only to be met with rejection. Additionally, it is important to us to reduce CO2 emissions by taking on our clients' viewings.

Responsibilities

The core of your future role will be conducting apartment viewings on a freelance basis.

The overall impression of the apartment is particularly important.

You will help our clients save stress, effort, and CO2 emissions, as they often have to travel hundreds of kilometers to attend a viewing.

Your task will be to pay attention to the following points during the viewing:

Floor plan/layout
Lighting
Orientation
Amenities
Noise
Damage and defects
Windows, doors, flooring
Parking
Surrounding infrastructure

Afterwards, you will describe these points using a form, giving our clients a clear picture of the future apartment.

Qualifications

Experience in conducting apartment viewings is advantageous.

Qualifications in the trade sector can help identify defects.

You should have a strong command of the German language in both written and spoken form.
