JOB SUMMARY
The Education Compliance Coordinator will review, report, and track operational procedures and outcomes to ensure consistent adherence to the internal and external compliance requirements as well as the school's standards for success.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ensures accuracy of all school education records such as but not limited to faculty attendance and grade rosters.
Supports, tracks and reports on follow up of student academic and attendance deficiencies in liaison with the Program Department Heads and the Program Support department.
Performs/maintains activity audit reports such as but no limited to faculty Google Classroom usage, faculty professional development progress and classroom observations.
Creates/maintains weekly and monthly reports to track activity and compliance with academic and attendance policies.
Performs Camera Policy Audits on a routine basis.
Ensure compliance with the LRS Assignment submissions.
Ensure the new faculty on-boarding requirements have been completed.
Participates in all individual career development sessions as required by Apex and Fedcap.
Provide administrative support as needed.
Provides support in school/program audits as needed.
Use the school database to create reports as needed.
Functions as an ambassador and liaison for Apex Technical School.
Contributes to organization success by accepting new assignments, helping team members, learning new skills, and striving to improve team results.

QUALIFICATIONS

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff, supervisors, and students.
- Problemsolving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work with a diverse student population with varying skills and abilities.
- Effective communication of complex ideas and concepts to school administration.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team.
- Microsoft Office Suite
