What to expect


As a project manager, you will primarily oversee diverse, interdisciplinary projects in the areas of capital markets, capital market law, capital market supervision, sustainability, and their tax implications.

You will analyze existing business processes and develop innovative solutions for our clients in the aforementioned areas.


You will contribute as a team player in all areas of the financial services sector and advise on challenging mandates in the most important strategic and operational challenges of our international and national clients.

You will lead projects, coordinate multiple consulting assignments, and promote the professional and personal development of your team members.

What you bring

A degree in law, economics, humanities, business informatics, or business mathematics

At least five years of professional experience and in-depth knowledge of the processes and functions of a capital management company, asset manager, or similar

Interest in capital markets, financial products, and their legal, tax, and macroeconomic conditions

Analytical skills and the ability to identify consulting needs and translate them into project assignments

Experience in communicating with clients at project-relevant levels and in international cooperation

Excellent communication skills in German and English
