Doncasters is an internationally oriented manufacturer of metallic components for tolerance-critical applications with production facilities in Europe, USA, and Mexico.

At the Sand Coulee, MT location, Doncasters Precision Castings-Bochum GmbH employs approximately 500 people to produce blades and vanes for aircraft engines and stationary gas turbines using the investment casting process.

The Bochum facility casts both polycrystalline and directionally solidified or single-crystal components.

Your responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the area of "Occupational Health Management" and BEM (Occupational Reintegration Management)
  • Point of contact for healthrelated issues within the company
  • Coordination and tracking of tasks for the ASA (Occupational Safety Committee) and the EHS Circle
  • Organization of first aid
  • Support for activities related to projects of the HQ in England, such as Wellbeing projects
  • Management and maintenance of programs and projects in the areas of environment, health, and safety
  • Coordination of trainings, company medical examinations, and safety inspections of facilities and equipment
  • Creation and maintenance of reports and KPIs
  • Management and monitoring of measures and documentation
