  • We're looking for you, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining and developing web projects
  • You will take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of 5-8 web developers
  • You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in agency or IT environments
  • Through your support and coaching, you help your team to grow and develop
  • You ensure compliance with budget and time requirements, as well as the quality of our web projects
  • You have excellent knowledge of PHP, are proficient in HTML and CSS/SCSS, and have solid knowledge of Javascript
  • Are you able to present convincingly, even to clients? Great - we also like to get to know our clients on-site
  • Agile mindset? Absolutely. Our projects mainly take place in an agile environment and we use tools such as Miro, Jira, and Confluence
  • You have excellent German and English skills
