General Manager to add to their upcoming Latin restaurant


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full service restaurant
  • High end service experience
  • Great leadership skills
  • Opening experience a plus
  • Latin cuisine knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the restaurant team, setting and communicating goals, standards, and expectations to ensure everyone works towards a unified vision.
  • Take charge of daytoday operations, overseeing staffing, inventory management, vendor relationships, scheduling, and ensuring efficient workflows.
  • Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to optimize profitability while controlling costs.
  • Maintain a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and handling any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Pay:
Up to $95,000.00 per year
