Customer Service Representative to join our team


This is an on-site role, and will not be remote or hybrid, at any time.

About the Role:

As a
Customer Service Representative with Pavestone you are responsible for:

  • Providing In-Person and On-The-Phone Customer Service to Our Contractors and Customers
  • Providing Technical Assistance for Installing and Maintaining the Products We Sell
  • Creating Accurate and Complete Invoices/Sales Orders
  • Working with Outside Sales Representatives
  • Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Maintaining Knowledge of Products and Their Applications
  • Knowing Competitor Products
  • Assisting with Dispatching
  • Scheduling Deliveries
  • Completing Daily Paperwork

About You:


  • A Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
  • Good Organizational and Communication Skills
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills
  • Comfortability Walking Through Manufacturing Yards (which may be a dirtier/outdoor environment)
