Social Insurance Specialist

Do you enjoy working closely with customers, variety, and challenges? In our three-year training program to become a social insurance specialist, you will gain extensive specialized knowledge and learn how to confidently interact with our customers in a practical setting.

The training program begins in Karlsruhe or Stuttgart-Freiberg with groups of approximately five apprentices, led by full-time trainers. In addition, the vocational school will provide you with general foundations for your profession.

After completing your training, you will have a secure job with modern equipment and flexible working hours. You will tackle diverse tasks related to pension, rehabilitation, and insurance matters, mostly using digital tools. You will work independently in small teams and regularly interact with our customers. If you perform well during your training and in practice, you may also have the opportunity to participate in our internal advancement training programs.

Requirements
  • Secondary school diploma
  • Social and communication skills
  • Teamwork – enjoyment and enthusiasm for working with people
  • Interest in reading and understanding (legal) texts
  • Enjoyment of computer work
