Description

Are you ready for the Children's Island Ziegelstraße? Are you ready for the next adventure? Together with the crew, are you ready to explore a new island? We are currently looking for a qualified educator (state-recognized educator, person with a degree from another country) to join our team at the daycare center for our 23 young pirates aged one year and up.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following areas:

First and foremost, you will accompany the young pirates on their journey of development, becoming an important part of the pirate society.

This is done according to the principles of the Berlin educational program and the situational approach, as well as our pedagogical concept.

You will also be responsible for exchanging ideas within the crew, with the captain, the young pirates and their parents, as well as the organization, based on the principles of the Pirate Code:
respect and the ability to give and receive constructive criticism.
